Rates

Terms of payment:

To secure your reservation, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount. This is to be transferred to us free of charge at the time of booking. The outstanding amount is due no later than 30 days before arrival. If your arrival date is within 30 days, the total amount must be paid 100% at the time of booking. The bank details of our account for your payment can be found on your booking confirmation. Please include your name and invoice number as a payment reference.

Cancellations:

The 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is only refundable if the cancellation is made within 10 days of booking. Cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the total amount and VAT.

Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing. With the current price list, all previous prices lose their validity. Subject to change.

Please understand that we cannot accept bookings that are closer than 7 days to the day of arrival.
